WORK SESSION TOPIC: VACANT WARD 4 ALDERMAN SEAT
Mayor Dusenbery opened the work session at approximately 6:35 p.m. This work session was scheduled for discussion of recommendations to fill the vacant Ward 4 Alderman seat. The mayor reported that she has discussed the possibility with former Ward 4 Alderman Marc Sportsman of him being her nomination to fill this vacancy. The mayor said Mr. Sportsman said he would be willing and happy to return. Brief discussion followed. Board members indicated they would be supportive of this recommendation and it was agreed that a brief Special Meeting should be held prior to the next board meeting, at which time board action will be taken to vote on the Mayor’s suggested appointment. The work session closed at approximately 6:52 p.m.
