FEMA Elevation Certificate
A form used to certify building elevations to ensure compliance with community floodplain regulations, determine proper insurance rates, and support a Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) or Letter of Map Revision (LOMR).

  A form for non-residential buildings to be flood proofed up to or above the Base Flood Elevation (BFE).

Letter of Map Revision (LOMR)
A LOMR is an official revision to a community's current flood map. It is used to change flood zones, flood elevations, mapping features, and floodplain and floodway delineations.

Letter of Map Ammendment (LOMA)
A Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) application is used when a property is elevated above the base flood level through a natural hill or rise in elevation that was not reflected on the flood map

No Rise Certificate
No-Rise Certificate is used to show a building or structure will not create any increase to the 100-year flood elevation.
