The Codes Enforcement Division of the Community Development Department is charged with enforcing the City’s Property Conservation Codes. The Property Conservation Code is adopted to preserve the safety of the general public, owners and occupants, as well as preserve property values and aesthetic appeal of all properties within the City. Enforcement of these minimum standards is a service to every resident, business owner and visitor to the City of Parkville.
