The Planning and Zoning Division of the Community Development Department is responsible for current and long-range planning and development review. The division also supports the activities of the Planning & Zoning Commission, the Board of Zoning Adjustment, and the Board of Appeals as well as serving as a liaison to these boards and the zoning and subdivision regulations for the public.
