Community Development

The Community Development Department is responsible for a broad range of services to the City of Parkville.  These include Planning and Zoning, Plan Review and Inspections, Property Maintenance Codes and Flood Plain Management.  We are located on the second story of City Hall (north entrance to the building). City Hall is generally located in the Parkville Commons north of the Community Center (YMCA). Our office hours are the same as City Hall – Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00, excluding holidays.
